The Denver Broncos promoted Davis Webb to offensive coordinator and Logan Kilgore to quarterbacks coach on Monday, Head Coach Sean Payton announced.

Since Webb and Kilgore joined the staff in 2023, Denver’s offense has scored 1,183 points and produced 130 touchdowns—both sixth-most among AFC teams over that span. The Broncos have also allowed the sixth-fewest sacks (99), tied for the ninth-fewest interceptions (32) and tied for the 10th-most passing touchdowns (83) in the NFL during that stretch.

Webb, previously Denver’s quarterbacks coach, joined the Broncos in 2023 after a six-year playing career that included stops with the Giants, Jets and Bills. He also served as the Broncos’ offensive pass game coordinator/quarterbacks coach in 2025. Webb earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from Texas Tech University and his master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kilgore has spent the last three seasons as an offensive quality control coach after being hired in 2023, assisting with the tight ends and returners. His previous coaching stops include Arkansas State University, Isidore Newman and Bakersfield College. A native of Rocklin, California, Kilgore earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
