ENGLEWOOD, CO — The Denver Broncos have bolstered their offensive arsenal by selecting RJ Harvey, a dynamic running back from the University of Central Florida, with the 60th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Harvey’s path to the NFL was unconventional. Originally recruited as a quarterback, he transferred to UCF and embraced a new role in the backfield. Despite suffering a torn ACL in 2021, Harvey returned stronger, showcasing his versatility and playmaking abilities. In his final collegiate season, he rushed for 1,577 yards and 22 touchdowns, averaging an impressive 6.8 yards per carry. He also contributed 267 receiving yards and three touchdowns, demonstrating his dual-threat capability.
