Denver, CO – The Denver Broncos Foundation is taking a monumental step toward improving youth sports in Colorado with the launch of All In. All Covered., an innovative program designed to create lasting change for student-athletes across the state. This first-of-its-kind initiative reflects the foundation’s core values of equity and innovation, focusing on how schools and governing bodies prioritize student-athlete health and safety.
The program, made possible through a collaboration with CHSAA, Riddell, and the Broncos organization, aims to address critical needs like providing proper equipment, improving safety protocols, and ensuring equitable access to resources. It sets a new standard for youth sports in Colorado and highlights the Broncos Foundation’s commitment to fostering community-wide support.
Broncos Owner and Broncos Foundation Chair Carrie Walton Penner shared her excitement about the program, stating, “We’re proud to introduce a program that not only supports the health and safety of our student-athletes but also fosters innovation and equity across Colorado.”
Adding to the sentiment, Broncos President and Broncos Foundation Board President Damani Leech emphasized the importance of investing in the future of football: “The Denver Broncos and the Denver Broncos Foundation are thrilled to continue growing the game of football through All In. All Covered. After helping Colorado sanction girls high school flag football in 2024, we view this legacy initiative as an opportunity to further invest in future generations by creating equitable access to the sport. Through great partners like Riddell and CHSAA, we are ‘All In’ on positively impacting the landscape of youth sports in Colorado.”
By launching All In. All Covered., the Denver Broncos Foundation is paving the way for a healthier, safer, and more inclusive sporting environment for young athletes. This initiative builds on the Broncos’ commitment to shaping the future of youth sports, ensuring that every student-athlete has the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed both on and off the field.
